At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance bottles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective bubble wrap to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is unbroken, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
